Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NexaFlow AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with this website and any NexaFlow AI features that may be introduced. This website is currently informational. It does not currently offer a sign-in form or request access to Google user data.
1. Information we receive
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process basic technical information (such as IP address, browser details, and request logs) to deliver, secure, and maintain the website under its own terms and privacy practices.
2. Google services and Google user data
Future features may let you choose to connect services such as Google, YouTube, Google Drive, or Gmail using Google OAuth. If and when those features are launched, we will request only the permissions needed for the feature you choose and explain the relevant access at the point of connection.
When a Google integration is enabled, information accessed through Google APIs will be used only to provide, maintain, and improve the user-facing feature you requested, and in accordance with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested feature, comply with law, or protect against security or abuse, and only as permitted by applicable policy.
No Google OAuth connection or Google-data processing is currently active through this informational website. The actual data types, scopes, storage, and retention practices for any future integration will be described before that integration is made available.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help host or operate the website, and may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, our services, or others.
4. Data retention and security
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to email us. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us by contacting austinthomas8834@gmail.com. If future Google integrations are introduced, you can stop further access by disconnecting the integration where that option is provided and by revoking the app’s access in your Google Account security settings.
6. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the website or its features change. The updated date above will indicate when changes were made.
